This stylish brooch features the Luckenbooth Heart, a symbol of love and affection, has been used in Scotland since the 16th century. The name "Luckenbooth" comes from the locking booths or small shops which sold jewellery and other small trinkets, and were a feature of Edinburgh's Royal Mile.
